I hoarded a pile of dried mushrooms at home, and then I found some of them had deteriorated! Have any of you experienced this? Dried mushrooms are a bit tricky to store. Today, I'll share some practical storage tips to help you keep your dried mushrooms in good condition, so you don't have to worry about them spoiling anymore! Remember to collect them~

1️⃣ Keep in a low-temperature environment
❄️Refrigerator Storage: Dried mushrooms can be stored in the refrigerator, but remember to use an airtight container to prevent moisture from entering.
🧊 Freezing Note: Freezing is also a good choice, but it cannot be frozen for a long time. After thawing, it should be consumed as soon as possible to avoid spoilage. Every half month, take them out to sunbathe and air them out.

2️⃣ Avoid light exposure
🌞 Avoid Light: Dried mushrooms are most afraid of direct sunlight, which accelerates their deterioration, so they must be stored in a dark place.
🛍️Opaque Packaging: If you must store them in a place with light, it is recommended to use opaque bags to prevent light from raising the temperature and protect the quality of the mushrooms.

3️⃣ Use sealed containers
🔒Sealed Storage: Dried mushrooms need to be stored in a sealed container to prevent oxidation and spoilage. Choose a container with good airtightness to extend the storage time and maintain the freshness of the mushrooms.
